Heaven is a Place on Earth

Our first day in Hawaii and we made it to our favorite spot on Oahu, Ko'Olina Lagoons. We brought a few friends along with us all the way from Korea. We got to enjoy the beach with the Ward and Hawkins families. It was a fun and sun filled day!

Look at those faces! They are T-R-O-U-B-L-E but lots of fun!

We stayed at the beach for about 7 hours strait and the kids fell asleep within 3 minutes of getting in the car. What a great day!

"Luke, I am your father."

We had some friends from church come over for lunch whose last name is Baumgartner. However, Luke told Zachary his last name was Skywalker. Zachary couldn't believe he ate lunch with Luke Skywalker! He was so excited that he had to take a picture with Luke. Ahh the innocence!

What Shelby Grace learned at school

At school we have a road rug that the kids have learned to roll up in order to put it away. Shelby Grace got so good at helping to roll the carpet at school that we often found our rugs t home rolled up like this. :)

Teacher Appreciation

We are so blessed to work at a school that provides childcare for our kids on campus. Now that I am the director of the ELC, I get to enjoy it even more and work with some fabulous ladies. My kids have learned so much. Shelby Grace has learned to understand Korean as well as grown up in the ELC. My little girl is not a baby anymore.
Shelby Grace and Ms. Song-a woman with a big heart and a forever smile

Ms. Kim taught Shelby Grace to give 'po-pos'- Korean for kisses

Ms. Bhatta is a loving woman who is really a kid deep down inside. She is my partner with the big kids and has loved on Zachary this year.

Thanks ladies for investing in my kids and putting up with my crazy ideas and messes!
