Zachary was home sick all week and Friday he was finally feeling better. I decided to use the day to bake for our International Festival at school. I made banana bread and Zachary helped me make cookies.
Zachary was a great help and even learned how to crack the egg and open it all by himself! We've got a baker on our hands!

Our matching aprons came from my sister at Christmas. They are made by ladies in Mali who are given jobs to help find their way out of prostitution.
